Our Team.

The team all has roots in the Midwest.  Joel and Dan met in high school in Northern Wisconsin.  With a passion for sports and the outdoors, they spent their days outside developing a passion for nature and its beauty.  Dan and Ana met in Minnesota, working together with some of the best chefs in the country.  After years of big city hustle, moving out to Paonia was the escape they were looking for.
